1). Principal function: Plenty of bran pieces extracted from break system plansifter are full of flour when milling. The result will be no good if milling this part bran continuous. That's why bran finisher is needed to separate the flour in bran pieces and reduce the burden of following break system milling.

2). Working principle: There are two kinds of brans finisher, horizontal and vertical. Usually wheat flour production plant takes the FFPD series horizontal one. This machine is used for separating the flour and bran by striking on bran pieces on high speed rotary blade to throw the bran to buffer board and sieve board.
