FSFJ Double Cabin Plansifter

1). FSFJ series double bin sifter is a flour screen. Its structure is relatively simple.and capacity small.
3). Working principle: by inertia force of balance piece, plansifter body will take plane rotary motion. When it reaches certain speed, the material (flour) on plansifter will take plane circular motion to achieve self-grading effect that the small and heavy part of flour will come to bottom and sieve out by holes.
4).The double cabin plansifter FSFJ is applied in the purification and grading of semolina and fine semolina in durum, soft wheat and corn (maize) mills. With a net sieve width of 150-500 mm and a couple of sieve decks, the purifier excels through its high throughput of up to 5 t/h per machine. The device guarantees pure, high-quality semolinas as intermediate or finished products.
